You must follow all applicable laws of Ukraine and local rules, including helmet requirements, minimum age limits, traffic rules, speed limits, permitted areas, and any licence, permit, or insurance required. You are responsible for fines, penalties, or damage caused by your breach.

Consumer information and cancellation

Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Consumer Rights Protection', you are entitled to clear information about the service, price, terms, cancellation, and dispute procedure. Our rental terms state the cancellation and refund rules. Distance contracts generally give a cancellation right unless an exception applies.

We publish our full legal name, registration number, address, email, and phone before you enter into a contract, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.

Personal data

We process personal data only with a lawful basis, usually your consent. We respect your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'.
