Five steps

How rental works, from arrival to return

Station-based e-scooter and e-bike rental in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa. Every step below happens at the station, in front of the vehicle, and nothing is charged without your confirmation.

  1. Choose a station on the map

    Pick a station near you. The map shows a station status updated by staff through the day, so the vehicle type and charge level are confirmed again when you arrive.

  2. Check the vehicle with staff

    Confirm the model, the battery charge and the battery range together with the attendant before anything is unlocked. If the charge is too low for your route, ask for another vehicle.

  3. Do the damage walk-around at handover

    Before release, walk around the scooter or e-bike with the attendant. Photograph every existing scratch, dent, cracked panel or bent basket, and make sure both sides note the same marks. You are not charged for damage already recorded at handover.

  4. Unlock and ride

    The unlock fee is UAH 25. E-scooter time runs at UAH 4.50 per minute, capped at UAH 590 per 24 hours, and e-bike time is billed the same way. Wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.

  5. Return to any station and close the ride

    Park in the marked bay, lock the vehicle and end the ride on the spot. Billing stops when the attendant or the station terminal confirms the return, and you get a written total.

An unlocking fee of UAH 25 applies per ride. Riders must be at least 18 and wear a helmet. Riding a two-wheeled vehicle carries risk, so ride within your own limits.

Safety and local rules

Three rules we ask every rider to follow

Helmet, age and traffic rules are not optional. Read them once before you unlock a vehicle, then ride the way locals do.

  • Helmet rule

    A helmet comes with every rental at no extra charge. Wear it on any ride, and wear it without exception when you ride on a road with traffic.

  • 18+ rule

    You must be at least 18 years old and show a valid ID or passport at pickup. We cannot release a vehicle to a younger rider, even with an adult present.

  • Traffic obligation

    Ride in the direction of traffic, use bike lanes where they exist and follow the same signals as cars. Pavements belong to pedestrians. Park only at marked stations, and remember that traffic fines received during your rental are yours to pay.

Questions before you book

Deposits, waivers, cancellation and refunds, explained the same way we explain them at the station counter.

A pre-authorisation of UAH 1,500 is held on your card for each vehicle. It is not a charge. Once the ride closes we release the hold, and your bank clears it within 3 to 5 business days.
