Booking request
Send the ride you need and our station team answers by phone or email, usually within a few hours during opening times. The vehicle is held in your name, and the handover is confirmed in person at the station, where you sign for the unit and check the charge level with a staff member.

Booking request
Send the details below and the rental team replies with station availability, the pick-up point and the full fee breakdown. Unlocking fee UAH 25, e-scooter UAH 4.50 per minute capped at UAH 590 per 24 hours.
Renters must be at least 18 years old. Riding a two-wheeled vehicle carries risk. We manage what we can: helmets, checked brakes and a support line during staffed hours.

Ride requirements
Three things decide the handover at the station: your age, your helmet, and how you ride in city traffic.
Bring the ID used in the request. The name on the ID must match the rider. Minors cannot be added as riders and we do not hand a vehicle to a third party.
We size the helmet at pickup and show you the strap adjustment. If the shell is cracked or a strap is worn, say so before you leave and staff swap it.
Use bike lanes and the right edge of the roadway, keep off sidewalks in the centre, obey signals and never carry a second person on one scooter. Ukraine's alcohol limit applies to riders as well. Riding under the influence ends the rental with no refund.
