2. Legal Framework

Governed by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce'; Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Consumer Rights Protection'; Law No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'; Law No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'; Law No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996 'On Advertising'.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally capable. By using the service, you confirm this.

4. Rental Terms

We provide rental services. Price, period, and material terms are shown before booking. Ukrainian version prevails per Law No. 2704-VIII.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Under Law No. 1023-XII, you may cancel and get a refund unless an exception applies. Refunds within 14 days to original payment method.

6. Liability & Safety

Use the rented item safely and lawfully. You are liable for damage from misuse. We are not liable for indirect losses except as required by law.

7. Personal Data

We process personal data, including cookie identifiers, based on consent under Law No. 2297-VI. See Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising

Advertising is identifiable; price and availability claims are truthful per Law No. 270/96-ВР.

9. Disputes

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Otherwise, courts of Ukraine or consumer authorities apply.
