1. Scope
This policy covers all rentals and services from vitalitynxus.com (PE, EDRPOU 41343055): deposits, cancellations, early returns, damages and refunds under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Consumer Rights Protection'.
2. Deposit refunds
A refundable security deposit may apply. It is returned within 7 business days of return, less any amounts owed for damage, missing items, cleaning, or late or early return fees.
3. Cancellation by you
- Over 48 h before start: full refund of prepaid amounts.
- 24–48 h before start: 50% refund.
- Under 24 h or no-show: no refund.
If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
4. Early return and fee adjustment
Early return does not automatically reduce the price. A partial fee adjustment may be granted at our discretion; unused time is generally not refunded.
5. Damage and loss
You are liable for damage, loss or excessive cleaning. Costs are deducted from the deposit and itemised. You may dispute the report in writing within 7 days.
6. Refund method and timing
Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank fees may apply.
7. How to request a refund or complain
Email contact@vitalitynxus.com or call +380 667 482 8570 with your booking reference. We reply within 30 days as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Consumer Rights Protection'.
8. Legal basis and language
Published under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce' and the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. A Ukrainian version is available as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'.
